
SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on location and package size. If your address is better served by one of these carriers, please notify us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Please Note:
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
We do not control where the delivery service leaves your package (e.g., doorstep, mailbox, etc.). You may leave delivery instructions with your carrier or post a note at your delivery location.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a refund minus all shipping costs, including any additional fees for returned shipments. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
SHIPPING RATES
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $79 within the continental U.S.
Please Note:
Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
Shipping rates to those regions will be calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because our vinegars are packaged in glass bottles, we do not accept general returns. However, if your order arrives broken, damaged, lost, or stolen, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sinaedeulnaturalfoods@gmail.com.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide photo proof of the damaged item(s) and packaging. This helps us file claims with the shipping carrier and improve packaging where needed.
Refunds or replacements are issued on a case-by-case basis and are only applicable to purchases made directly through our website. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer or grocery store, please contact them directly for assistance.
