We specialize in naturally fermented drinking vinegars, aged for at least one year in Hang-ah-ri, Korea’s traditional earthenware. Also affectionately known in Korea as “Sooni-mom’s vinegar,” our products are crafted using only locally sourced ingredients—brown rice, apples, berries, bitter melon, and garlic grown right here in Geochang. This community-driven approach supports local farmers while delivering authentic, wholesome products to your table.
